Protecting the welfare of our staff, clients and contacts.

To enable Armstrongs to continue to deliver a great service through these unprecedented times, we are putting measures in place to protect our workforce, our clients and other contacts of the firm.

We have a duty of care to our workforce, so we wish to minimise visitors into our offices for the next few weeks while we monitor the situation. Some staff members will be working remotely. However, you will still be able to contact them in the usual manner (via email or telephoning the office).

Meetings can still go ahead but in order to minimise exposure, we will be using Zoom video conferencing where possible in order to minimise face to face interaction.

We do appreciate the need for business as usual and that zoom meetings will not be possible for all clients. Where this is the case, we will discuss this with you over the telephone, so we can decide the best route forward for meeting your needs and requirements.

Collections and return of books and records is still possible. We will have a drop off / collection point in the reception area at our offices.

We hope you stay safe and with some precautions and common sense, we are able to work though these unprecedented times together.

If you have any questions or would like to speak to one of the team, please do not hesitate to contact us on (024) 7671 5111.
