Responsibilities of the marketing assistant will include:

  • Tracking and reporting of leads and prospects
  • Creating quotes for clients
  • Creating and posting content on social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
  • Creating graphics / designs for social media, newsletters and other digital marketing
  • Researching target clients
  • Sending out postal campaigns including mail merge of letters
  • Circulating internal communications such as staff bulletins
  • Creating email campaigns
  • Updating the company website
  • Competitor analysis
  • Customer feedback surveys
  • CRM management
  • Organising team events and socials
  • Other admin duties


What we're looking for...

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Previous marketing experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
  • Familiar with Mailchimp and CRM systems.
  • Experience with CMS including posting updates to existing pages and creating new pages.
  • Experience in social media management
  • Experience of Microsoft Sway and SharePoint advantageous.

The role will be predominantly based at our Nuneaton office, but the successful candidate will be required to work at our Coventry & Hinckley offices and attend events across Coventry, Warwickshire & Leicestershire.
