Responsibilities of the marketing assistant will include:
- Tracking and reporting of leads and prospects
- Creating quotes for clients
- Creating and posting content on social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
- Creating graphics / designs for social media, newsletters and other digital marketing
- Researching target clients
- Sending out postal campaigns including mail merge of letters
- Circulating internal communications such as staff bulletins
- Creating email campaigns
- Updating the company website
- Competitor analysis
- Customer feedback surveys
- CRM management
- Organising team events and socials
- Other admin duties
What we're looking for...
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Previous marketing experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
- Familiar with Mailchimp and CRM systems.
- Experience with CMS including posting updates to existing pages and creating new pages.
- Experience in social media management
- Experience of Microsoft Sway and SharePoint advantageous.

The role will be predominantly based at our Nuneaton office, but the successful candidate will be required to work at our Coventry & Hinckley offices and attend events across Coventry, Warwickshire & Leicestershire.
