Adam Dunne.

Adam joined the Armstrongs team in July 2023. He is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 10 years' accounts and tax experience.

With experience and knowledge across a wide range of industries, Adam looks after a varied client portfolio at our Hinckley office. Adam works with a wide range of businesses — from sole traders like electricians and plumbers to large corporates with multi-million-pound turnovers. He also advises owner-managed businesses, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.

Adam is also a Chartered Tax Advisor and holds both ACA and CTA professional memberships. Specialising in Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning, Adam helps clients understand their exposure and explore effective strategies for mitigation. He also provides expert guidance on Capital Gains Tax, from straightforward property and investment disposals to complex business sales and relief claims.

Adam has particular expertise in working with farmers, landowners, and family-run businesses. He is also highly experienced in trust matters, including registrations, tax returns, CGT calculations, and Inheritance Tax reporting such as 10-year anniversary and exit charges (IHT100).

Outside of work, when Adam isn't spending time with his family, you will usually find him in the gym or on the golf course.
